These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our artificial intelligence services and TAIEE platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We offer artificial intelligence solutions through subscription plans:

Enhanced ($60/month):

For small teams. Includes document upload, training with your own content, and standard support.

Advanced ($90/month):

For growing businesses. Includes response customization, behavior adjustment, and priority support.

Enterprise / Managed ($140/month):

Custom solutions. Includes managed optimization, expert support, and full control of the AI environment.

3. Trial Period and Suspension

  • The Enterprise / Managed plan includes an initial 14-day credit for evaluation.

  • If payment is not completed within that period, the service will be automatically suspended without prior notice.

  • Data retention is not guaranteed after suspension.

4. Data Management

Ownership:

All information and documents uploaded by the customer remain their property.

Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for the content you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of results generated by the AI system.

Privacy:

We do not access or use your data outside the technical context necessary to provide the contracted service.

5. Limitation of Liability

The artificial intelligence models used may generate errors, inconsistencies, or inaccurate responses, similar to how a human might make mistakes.

We do not guarantee that generated responses are correct, complete, or applicable to critical contexts (such as legal, medical, financial, etc.). You agree to use the service at your own risk.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We offer no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Service interruptions

  • Data loss

  • Response accuracy

  • Commercial or any other results

7. Technical Support

Enhanced:

Standard email support.

Advanced:

Priority support with reduced response times.

Enterprise:

Dedicated technical support with direct contact to AI experts.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user panel.

  • No refunds are offered for unused partial periods.

  • For the Enterprise/Managed plan, if canceled within the 14-day credit period without payment, you will not be charged.

9. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to use this service for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Violation of copyright or privacy rights of third parties

  • AI training with sensitive data without consent

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these conditions.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of relevant changes and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
